High Growth Reported by Award Winning WIS Group

A County Antrim engineering firm has seen significant growth in the past 3 years.

WIS Group (Williams Industrial Services) based in Mallusk, is one of Ireland‘s largest providers of process control, automation, instrumentation and environmental engineering solutions.

Trading since 1983, it currently employs over 150 engineers, technicians and support staff.

WIS Group has enjoyed a period of sustained growth due to a massive 52% increase in business outside Northern Ireland, with the company providing Renewable Energy projects to customers across the rest of the UK which has been a great springboard into wider worldwide markets.

Growth at WIS Group has rapidly increased from £25 million to £39 million in only one year, with an order book worth £53 million and visibility of another £130 million of business over the next 2 years.

WIS Group have 6 AD plants currently under construction in mainland UK, which collectively have a total value of £34 million, bringing to 11 the total AD plants being constructed across NI and the rest of the UK.

WIS Group has recently also been highly commended in the annual Chamber of Commerce awards, and won a UTV Business Eye award for Fast Growth. It also picked up the Energy Generation award in the Sustainable Ireland 2016 awards.
